"In 2020, I rented a working studio in Tbilisi's old city. While exploring the space, I discovered a strange door above the bathroom, with no ladder leading to it. After some effort, I managed to access this hidden area and discovered it to be a darkroom for developing photographs. The roof had caved in, leaving a pile of debris, and among the remnants, I found old developed negatives.
For the next two months, I dedicated my time exclusively to sifting through and cleaning up the clutter in search of preserved negatives. I managed to recover quite a few of them, although many were significantly damaged. I did my best to restore and straighten the negatives and then proceeded to scan them.
So here is the result, of which I think Time is a true co-author."
